Progressives have been citing the disappointingly low 2.6% rise in fourth quarter 2017 GDP as evidence Republican policies can not provide sustained 3 percent plus growth. Inevitably, they will also point to the multiway stock market sell-off. Yet all evidence points to a correction, not a crash.
